Hi, I've been lurking for a few weeks, but this is my first post. I started shaving with a Gillette Super Speed 3 weeks ago when my Fusion blades wore out and I couldn't see loading up on them again. So far it has been pretty good. I've relied heavily on what I've read here and on other sites and I know that has helped me a great deal. I'm looking for an inexpensive local barber that I can begin using regularly. I'd like to get away from the Great Clips and the hair solons and support a local barber. I live in Smyrna. I saw some yelp reviews of a barbershop in Marietta off the Square named Square Cutz. Has anyone ever try it? Is there a place you'd recommend? Where do you go? Thanks, Bill
When I lived in ATL, I loved going to the Terrace Barber Shop on Windy Hill Rd. Kerry was my favorite barber there.

Kevin, I went to the Terrace Barber Shop on Windy Hill Rd today. Clint was my barber. After he cut my hair, Kerry and I talked for a while. Very nice place, enjoyed the cut. Very professional and very friendly. Thanks for the recommendation. I really appreciate it! All the best,
Awesome! Did you notice Terry Bradshaw's head on a shelf? I posted a photo of it online and Jimmy Kimmel's staff found it and tried to buy it from Kerry. Ask Kerry for the whole story next haircut.
Somehow I missed it. He did show me the picture of himself, his father and grandfather, and another one with his son Clint photo shopped in. I'll keep an eye out for it next time. Also, I told him you recommended I give him a try. I didn't know your last name, and when I first came in I mentioned how I'd found out about the shop and that your favorite barber there was Kerry. Clint ribbed his dad pretty good at that one. But at the time, I didn't know any of their names and that Kerry was right next to me giving someone else a cut. After the cut and I finished talking with Clint, Kerry stepped up and talked to me for a while. He showed me his 4 generations of barbers picture, and we talked about shaving for a bit. He said the first time he used Feather blades he didn't think his razor was aggressive enough, so he cranked it all the way up for the next pass and wound up with a bloody cheek. He said it was so sharp, he didn't feel a thing! Before I left, he gifted me a small bottle of Pacific Shaving Oil. A really great experience all around. Thanks Kevin!
He will remember me if you tell him I'm the Kevin that took the photo of the Terry Bradshaw head that Jimmy Kimmel wanted and he will remember me. I used to work at Coca-Cola down the street from the barber shop and would get haircuts at lunchtime.
