Beef Brisket

    Description:
    Yum beef

    Time: 6-8 hours
    Difficulty: Easy
    Serving Size: N/A

    Ingredients:
    Beef brisket
    BBQ sauce
    V8-spicy
    Water

    Instructions:
    So I will not give my exact recipe as the sauce mixture is a secret.

    basically in a crockpot pour a can or two of V8 either normal or hot pending your tastes. Add two bottles BBQ sauce again to your taste I go with one sweet one spicy, I also add some extra spices (Play around thats what cooking if for). Put whole brisket in the crock pot and then add water as needed to cover.

    Let cook for 6-12 hours pending size of brisket.

    Being in the dorm has made me love the crockpot, you can even do spaghetti in it.

    We couldn't use crockpots in my dorm. Sounds good though. What temp on the crock?

    Start on high till sauce is nice and hot then reduce to low for the whole time. I had to bring some BBQ to the fire chief, and I was good.

    He's probably referring to brisket being cooked in a crockpot.
    Sounds good,but if I cook it I'm not telling my friends down here.:D
