I just got these recently and know nothing at all about them. Are they any good? Does anyone know their history?? Thanks in advance for your input!
I have all of those but I have only tried the Bic chrome so far the one blade was very dull and pulled and tugged so bad I stopped and changed the blade. I will try another in the future and I am anxious to try the others. Be sure to post the results I will be interested in your results
I can give some info about Zaza Super Stainless Blades. Zaza Blade Factory was founded by a Georgian entrepreneur, Paul Zazadse in Istanbul, Turkey. He produced his first blade in 1917. In 1950-60 Zaza also produced straight razors and shaving soaps. Today Zaza blades and other shaving equipments can be found in Istanbul, in Zazahan. They have a shop there, they sell retail or wholesale and the factory still produce blades for Zaza group and other shaving companies. As for personal experience unfortunately I couldn't find any zaza blade in my city. If I can visit Istanbul, I'll certainly buy. If I can't, then maybe I can order online, but I know that online prices are overpriced.
+2 on the Perma-Sharps. I just finished another four shaves with one today. Excellent blade, YMMV. Bob
