Looks and functions like brand new. Not a single scratch, all paint and numbers perfect. First shave, WOW, with the long handle and knob on 8, absolutely the most comfortable , easy, rewarding 3 pass shave yet. As close and comfortable as my EJ with 5 passes and buffing. As close as my Gem mmoc without a single nick or weeper, The AV produced only a nice fragrance, zero sting. The long flawless, textured black handle provided incredible control and comfort in my big bananna hand. Al went above and beyond on his end. He has a taste for the stogies and I have a guy, so I will be sending him more. I couldn't live with myself if I didnt. Thanks again Al.

No kidding! I dont know if its the long handle or just the wide range of aggressiveness, but its now my new fav. The quality is impressive.
Another nice thing about the Super Adjustable(Black Beauty) is they also come in a short handle version about the length of a Gillete Slim...Nice trade I'm glad you've found another razor to enjoy..
