I used the original version of this cream quite a few years ago and it was very good in the sense that it lathered superbly and had perfect skincare but I couldn’t handle the scent. This version with maca root is much nicer. Ease of lathering: 10/10–You don’t need much to get fantastic, slick lather! Longevity of lather: 10/10–Holds up perfectly ! General skincare: 9.5/10–Awesome. Leaves such a soothing, comfortable feeling. Scent: 7.5/10–Whereas the original version smelled like a vitamin store this one has a clean scent that’s quite pleasant. Price: 7.5/10–Here in Canada it sells for around 12,50 at the Body Shop boutiques. Would I buy again: 8.5/10–Although I much prefer soaps I have a feeling I would. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
One of my favorites too, Jeff. For that soap-like experience maybe try what I do: leave the lid off for a day or so and you get a hard(er) upper layer that you can lather on directly.
This has become my goto recommendation for new SR shavers, the face feel and conditioning properties are really outstanding
