    So I thought it might be helpful to list some books that aren't common that still might be interesting to those who are curious about things that aren't listed in normal circles.

    The Innovator's Dilemma
    by Clayton M. Christensen

    An excellent read. This book discusses disruptive technology and how to best create and adapt to change. In this case "technology" doesn't mean only high tech, but any new inventions. In the shaving world, the introduction of the Gillette Guard in India and Gillette's failure to innovate and adapt to change in its home market would be prime examples of such events.
