    Baked beans are one of the most delicious foods out there. If I had a defective can, I'd still eat it and risk the brain-eating bacteria.

    My Bride and I recently visited the Bush's Visitor Center in Dandridge, TN. It's located next to one of their canneries. They have a very cool museum showing how their business has evolved over the last century. It's very well done and definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. It seems like a top flight company...and yes, I like their beans. :)
