I have a great friend in NYC who lives near Cambridge Chemists and Pasture's Pharmacy. He said next time he goes by them he would pick up some products and send them to me. My question, which shop should he go to and what rare and excellent items should I have him send?
They are a little pricey, but with the rent there...no surprise. He should go to both, they are within a couple of blocks of each other. If I had to pick one, I'd go with Cambridge. Their stuff is slightly more unusual - generally - and the layout of the store is better. My last purchase - gift really - was Czech and Speake Oxford shaving soap. It's kind of a lavender+ scent.
