Can only log in via tapatalk

I originally logged in via tapatalk, which means that I can't log in via forum. I haven't created a password as tapatalk just log in.
But going to the forum, I can't use the 'Forgot my password'
It doesn't show the captcha no matter what I do.
Any one found a solution so I can log in via forum?

 

I too need a solution! I'm in the same situation, I've tried three different computers with three different browsers and the captcha won't show.

 

I just logged out and hit "Forgot my password" with Chrome and Firefox, neither show the Captcha box for me either; odd. I have no add-ons that would block the appearance of it.

 

Interestingly Tapatalk allows me to do a forgot password for here. I quickly received the reset email but when the link opens it states an error has occurred.

 

Ah now I've received an email with a temporary password. All resolved now woohoo.

 

I solved it through tapatalk. I could request a new password there

 

Still isn't ideal that members can't request a password recovery through the website. Hmmm.
