Nice info sabre
There is a small guide on twin blades regarding the cross compatibility. I found it quite helpful and I usually visit it.
Which Twin blades fit which razor handle
Ok, I must ask, how on earth do you decide which razor to use without taking forever? I have a very small collection of razors and I always take at least 5 minutes in deciding which razor will be used today .
I am trying to use up my supplies of Mach3's
I have a lot more than this now...
I'm down to only 2 razors my Sensor twin blade and the Mighty Mach3. Sensor cartridges are no longer sold in the supermarket so it looks like the Mach3 is my only razor. Makes me happy to have such a reliable efficient razor.
It must have taken a lot of time to gather so many razors.
Today was a total modern Gillette day

I just won this on eBay. Gillette Atra handle and some cartridges. I was the highest bidder, $5.04 I think did okay.

That's a smoking deal! Especially considering I also bid on it and had intended to revisit it before it closed and forgot. If I didn't win, glad you did! I was surprised there were only 4 bids. Small world!
Had you bid $6.01 you would have won! I was very surprised that it went for $5.04 yet happy. Thanks!
Gillette Atra (aluminium handle) / Wilkinson Sword Profile cart
That was quite a luxurious shave. .
Last Friday, I felt like using my old Gillette Sensor Excel again.
Today's shave is composed of
Gillette trac-II disposable razor (Gillette 2 aka Good news). I used it today because I didn't felt like going into daily maintenance routine after each shave.
Here is my favorite commercial for this razor (don't mean to offend bic fans). I really like the part where the boss says to his man "Always get me a Gillette good news disposable, otherwise I'll make your job disposable".
Noxzema Shaving foam original
Omega Syntex Brush
Garnier Power light men's face wash
Brut AS lotion
Number of Passes = 2 (WTG and XTG)
Today's cost/shave = $0.06
Shaving result = DFS
My Gillette Vector came this morning... And of course I had to see what kind of head shave I would get.
I lathered up The Soap Exchange Barber Shoppe and applied some shaving oil.
Hubba Hubba Hubba what a shave! Quick! Smooth! No irritation! I was able to do things I wouldn't do with my injector, very easy to handle.
I can't wait for my Atra handle!
Very cool. I love that there's a place for cartridge razors w/ users that normally use DE and SE razors.
Diversity is a good thing
I'm looking for what works the best, my head shaves has been an area for improvement. I believe I've found it.
