The two naguras got a second coat, not because they really needed it, but because cashew is pricey and difficult to find in the West, so I usually have some ‘extra’ jobs lined up in case I have any left over. These got a second coat after another stone got the sides done, and I didn’t waste any except what was in the brush.

Does it have a low shelf life?

It’s decent enough. I add some turpentine to the can as it gets low; otherwise it gets thick as you might expect.
