I like Clubman SR but not Clubman but I did not need someone to tell me not to use Clubman.

I have used it several times. First time it was way to strong. I have tried to tame it by mixing with witch hazel. Still to strong I think. About time for me to give up on it as well.

Hah! Yes, indeed, my friend. There's always been something in original Clubman that triggers a mild gag reflex in me. No idea what it is, nothing else does it, not even the Veg.

I like it. I am currently using Pinaud Clubman Classic Vanilla.

Dislike for the original Pinaud Clubman? I'm not sure if I like you all using the same internet as I do. I'm not sure at all.

I bought some to try one time and after one use my wife asked me what I used so I smilingly brought it to her, she poured it and out in the sink and said I would be better off letting the dog lick my face after shaving than wear that again. So no more clubman

It was my wife's sink and come to think about it, it may have dissolved all her hair knots in the drain lol

Both my wife and all my sons describe the Clubman scent as 'old' or 'cheap' or 'powdery.' None can abide it.
So I have nearly a full bottle after several years of ownership.

I really like Clubman. I got my dad hooked on it and he says "I can smell like I just got back from the barber without actually going to the barbershop everyday."

I for one prefer scents that aren't long lasting, but Clubman is a scent that I can have around all day. I need to buy myself another bottle.

Clubman was the first AS I bought as a teenager at the corner five & dime. Love the stuff. Course I love the smell of Arko too.

I've never been much of a fan of their fragrances either. I kind of liked the vanilla one and found their bay rum slightly tolerable but didn't like any of their others. My wife hated all of them.
To me the classic aftershave scent has an odd Brut and urine combination smell. Not pleasant.

I can't tolerate the original Clubman much to strong. Nothing makes its less potent in my eyes no sense trying to cut it.
