Great work! For the outside of the rounded cases like the one for the Rocket HD #59, I am wondering about a light spray paint primer and top coat. I may preserve the tecture of the leather underneath--who knows.

I have a pretty mangled case I might try painting. Any thoughts?

 

The only thing I can think of is using rubberized undercoating. It has to be done in very light dusting like coats until it's completely covered. it won't have the same texture, but it works. Somewhere I have a thread about using it.

 

Well I've been looking at these and I'll be out of work for a few weeks, so I think I'll give it a try.
