I think it's okay, but if I'm wrong, I apologize.] Guys, I didn't post this over here originally because I haven't been a member for long, but I know some of you are fans of Connaught Shaving's creams. Paul has done a great job, bringing out 16 scents, among which I've tried 7. All have been superb. We're putting together a group buy right now for bay rum cream. He can't add it to his line, as 16 creams is his limit, but he is willing to do a one-time double batch for a group buy. The double batch would total out to 20 100mL tubs and 10 220mL tubs, or some combination totaling the equivalent volume. As of now, from some guys at SMF, we have commitments for 13 small tubs and 7 large. Ideally we'd like to get the totals up so that Paul doesn't have to worry about having leftover cream when all is said and done. The scent will be a classic bay rum, heavy on the bay with just a touch of other spices to add complexity and some sandalwood for depth and to replicate the sweet woodiness of rum itself. Paul has really worked to get input from the buyers on what sort of scent they would like, and I've yet to get a bad scent from him, so I expect this will be really good cream. Price is undetermined as of now, but Paul's creams are fairly priced, most of them at £8.90 for the small tubs. The most expensive small tub is £12.90, and that is owing to the expense of the violet leaf absolute used. Bay rum doesn't have any such expensive ingredients. The large tubs of Paul's sandalwood and peppermint are £12.90, also. If you're interested, post how many tubs you'd be willing to buy, and what size.
