I got C&E Nomad Aftershave Balm as a gift and was quite suprised at how much I like this stuff. I wouldn't call it a balm but more of a milk. It isn't quite as thick as Proraso and not quite as thin as Mama Bear's Summer Aftershave Milk. IMO perfect. The scent is one of my favorites. I put it in the same class as T&H 1805 but not quite as strong so makes for a good daily aftershave balm. Burn - No burn. This is a good thing for a balm so I gave it a 10 Moisturizing - Not greasy at all. My face feels soft and smooth all day after using it. Absorption - Again, not greasy at all. Almost as soon as I put it on its gone. Cooling - Not cooling at all but not meant to be. Soothing - Very soothing and just feels good. Healing - I'm not sure how much it "heals" but again, it feels nice after a shave. Price - I don't think I would've bought it myself because of the steep price when compared to other tried and true aftershaves that are nearly half the price in some cases but now that I've tried it, it'll be a part of my rotation. The best part about this stuff IMO is that is isn't to thick, and not to thin. About a dime amount is pefect so it should last a while
I really like this balm, it works great and has a fantastic scent. I picked up my bottle for a reasonable price on e-bay....I think it was $13 shipped.. Anyway, this is nice balm and goes great with the Nomad soap and provides great skincare. I think I would buy this again if I can find another bottle at a reasonable cost
