Crap

Like I have nothing better to do. I just got another subpoena to be a witness in a murder trial coming up in the middle of March. The guy is pleading insanity and he's full of it. My problem is that I don't sugar coat anything and I can visualize coming off the stand to choke the defense attorney when he undoubtedly will attack me for not being an "expert". I hate criminal defense attorneys.

You say you've gotten "another" subpoena. Do you frequently get called as an expert witness? Or is it that the alleged murder was done with a straight razor
