creams in tub ?

I get such an awesome shave with my porasso in the green tub. The Arko in red tub doesn't seam to lather and cushion as good but I like it also. What others are similar ?

 

Proraso Green in the tube doesn't lather anywhere near as well as an Arko stick (what does? ). Is the Arko in the tub not soap?

The Proraso tubs are really soft soaps or "croaps". TOBS is one cream in a tub that lathers very well.

TOBS also gets my vote for a real tub cream that lathers very well.

Ahhh, ok. Well that answers my next question lol. Being fairly new still I wasn't really sure if the green tub of proraso and the red tub of Arko was a cream or a soap ! "Croap" sounds good.

 

The Arko is in a red tub. Reminds me of the green tub proraso. I've been wanting to try Arko stick too. ( great, something more to order lol )

 

Neither are creams though, they're soaps.

 

Gotcha, seam softer and more "creamy" then the soaps I've tried.

 

People call those croaps, a cross between a cream and a soap. Good stuff for sure.

 

Biotique Palmyra from India is a cream in a tub. It lathers very well and has cushion, slickness, and great skincare.

I do not know if it is that similar (noob alert) but The Body Shop Maca Root is a cream in a tub, and I have found it very nice to shave with.

 

So the tub arko and the stick arko are different then?

 

Top Soaps/Croaps by ease of use (low lather skill needed, easy to achieve results) IMHO, YMMV

Arko stick (face lather or slice into thin disks and bowl lather)
