    Description:
    Willanese style

    Ingredients:
1 pound Cubed Beef (for stewing)
    1 Bottle Beer (your choice)
    1 cup cooked Rice
    Olive Oil (extra virgin)
    Salt (to taste)
    Black Pepper (to taste)
    1 Curry packet

    Instructions:
Step one, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step two, chop up meat, I use beef cubes for stewing and just cut them in half. Not required but you can season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step three, place meat in oiled pie pan, cook in oven for 10 min.

Step four, start making rice (easy....if you can't do it by now you will never be able to do it).

Step five after 10 min place in 8 oz Beer to meat mix cook 10 more min. Drink the rest.

Note: The more Beer you use the thinner the sauce.

Step six, after 10 min place in curry packet (Japanese style curry in the bricks not Indian spice curry).

Step seven, Plate rice on bottom meat and curry on top. You can also serve with some Hawaiian Sweet Bread.

    Step eight, enjoy!

Don't like the oven Idea? use Broiler or Grill (cooking time will vary).
