I'm enjoying a glass o' Kilkenny right now

 

I have to say Guinness in any amount, or a sampler pack from a microbrewery. Recently had Grand Teton Brewing's pack with their Blonde Ale, ESB and IPA, all are superb.

 

I like the occasional Black and Tan

Wife is in Brussles and the son didn't want to come with me out to the countryhouse so he bailed to the in-laws. That has left me all alone with the dogs and a few bottles of Ripasso. A nice steak is waiting to hit the pan as soon as the potato wedges are nearing completion in the oven. To be served with a red wine sauce...

The wine is Masi Campofiorin(the "original") 2005 vintage, a very nice Ripasso.

After that I'll enjoy a bowl of Davidoff Green Mixture, the pipe is a cheap $4 "no-name" briar pipe, but one of the best I have... Only surpassed by my Stanwell.

EDIT: Oh, and I'm getting ready to watch World Cup icehockey tonight; Canada-Sweden in the semi!

Ran out of Campofiorin so I opened a bottle of Campolieti. Another good Ripasso, slightly cheaper, a bit "rougher" but better value for money IMO, the bouqet is just enchanting! Someone please make me a soap that smells like this!

 

Ahh the good life...

 

Kirsch eggnog from Alsace. Life sure is good.

 

Emptied a bottle Crown Royal into my tummy to celebrate being done with finals! Now its time for a somewhat sober workout!

My new favourite tobacco: Stanwell Guarana! Virginia and Black Cavendish with a hint of Guarana; Amazing! I've had 4 or 5 bowls of this over the last days and I just want more! This is seriously bad for my smoking habit!

Actually that photo was a test. I took a mediocre shot and tried to get something decent with some quick filters. Fortunately or unfortunately, I succeeded.
