    Monday

    Mom made a quick snack.. potatoes baked and home made meatballs and the red stuff I dont know the english word for it. sugarcane /sugar is made of this vegetable.

    Very nice and light digestion perfect before my aikido training tonight , I jsut came home from the gymn heavy weight training but im getting stronger so im totally bushed now..I can train a bit more tonight.

    @ Jaykay 2 words ! Thai Chickensoup !

    Indian Snack ...

    This is made from special flower )green Lentils the one that are rock hard and then mixed in a grinder. We didnt make the flower ourself but in the old days one would make that himself.

    This version we mix in fresh spinage.

    these days you go to the Deli store and get a bag of Bara mix

    We eat them with a custom family secret hot sauce we make from Ketchup.

    That sounds great ! how would you rate the food in terms of different usage of spices compared to Thai food ?

    That is if you know what Thai food usually is made of (Green Curry, Lime, Lemon grass, Ginger) .

    I gotta find me a vietnamese restaurant.
