Time to order some blades for me. Although, I need a suggestion into what may be closely related to my top favorite blade thus far. The Polsilver SI. I know suggestions are just opinions and the suggested blade may not work with my skin but a guideline is good. So what would be all of your suggestions for something of a similar shave experience and quality? Thanks in advance! P.S. Feathers hate me.
Besides Lab Blues, the Israeli Stainless Steel Personnas, like the kind found in Pharmacies, are excellent. Also Personna Platinums made in Mexico work great. Bic Chrome Platinums have become a favorite of mine along with Treet Carbon Black Beauties. And various Rapiras are in my rotation. Just some suggestions........
My top three are Nacets, silver blues, and Polsivers, in that order. I find that Nacet blades last a good while and are reasonably priced. They are the best combination of smooth and sharp for me, although I am still not exactly certain how to judge smooth or sharp. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
Astra Superior Stainless. Everyone raves about Astra Superior Platinum which are great blades, but Astra SS blows them away in my opinion !!!
It's been awhile since I've used a PolSilver, so I can't exactly speak on comparison. But I can tell you that my next bulk purchase will be Gillette Silver Blue...

My 2 favorite blades are Polsilver and Personna Labs. I find them to be about the same sharpness. I actually like the Personnas a little better though.
Polsilver SI is one of, if not the top blade, for me as well. If you are asking for other top blades from someone who also likes Poli's, I'd put Astra SP, Sharp Stars and Voskhods next. Probably in that order. Just tried a Nacet for the first time, and it seems like a top notch blade as well.
GSB, Shark Super Chrome, Voskhod. Just got done with PSI in my OLD and they're nice. Starting a Rapira Platinum Lux in the morning.
Polsilver SI and GSB are both made at the same factory, and I think they shave in a similar way. Both are made in Russia. I would recommend you to get one of those Russian Blade Sample Packs that often appears at ebay. They usually give a full tuck of 5 blades of each "brand". One such pack will give you enough of blades for a long time and you get to see yourself which blades you actually prefer rather than buying what we with our own bias recommend. Shaving is so YMMV.

Take notes on the shaves. If you like the shave, fine, if not, fine. I don't like the Shark, or the Derby, or Lord, but maybe you will.
