Diamond Edge.

Anyone heard of these? I saw them in a barber supply house. They were like $15.00, and came with a pack of blades. I didn't get one because I wanted to ask first.

Ken I can't give you any info on the razor but I have tried the blades. They were re-packaged Gillette 7 O'Clock Sharp Edge blades made in Pakistan.
Review is here. Can't say that is always is the case with Diamond Edge blades, there could be other brands used as well.

Could be worth a try. A nice 10$ razor for noobs.
