That malicious lawsuit (that took down TSN) has been going on for some time now. Does anybody know what's up with it? -Bax
I haven't heard anything about that, but then again I haven't looked for it. However, I did just get an email regarding their President's Day sale.
I think it unlikely that The Shave Nook will be back. After being so burned once, Phil might see a forum as more of a liability than an asset. It would also take some effort and resources to restart it after it has been down for so long. The members would have long since migrated to other forums or left the wetshaving forum scene altogether. As for the lawsuit, the terms of settlement, if there is one, would likely be confidential.
Phil and BGS are healthy and well. I’m still in touch with Phil a few times a week by phone and text. At this point in time as @Shaver X postulated, TSN will live only in our collective memories and the random pages archived by the way back machine. I briefly considered making an offer to buy the rights to the TSN name, but frankly don’t have the patience or the know-how to make it a worthwhile endeavor. Tomorrow marks a year since our last full day online.
