The best thing about TSD? This PIF is a great example - the incredible generosity and friendliness of the folks here.

Not in, but thank you for your generosity. Helping others is what sets TSD apart from the other forums. Not to say the other forums are bad, but The Shave Den seems to have members that are willing to go out of their way to help others either with advice, or gear. Good luck all participants!

What I like about the shave den: the incredible amount of knowledge that is within these forms and the minds of all the other members! Just about anything anyone would ever want to know about wet shaving is here!

The RR Mission was the razor that reintroduced me back into wet shaving. I really like the members here. I cannot count how many have stepped in to help me out. Oh, not in.

I'm in! I really enjoy the camaraderie of TSD as well as the intelligence and breadth and depth of knowledge of all the members.

Thank you for the generosity of your PIF! It is one of the many examples of things great about TSD! The knowledge coupled with the sense of community makes it a great place to come and learn.

The thing I like about TSD is that even though there is such a thing as a stupid question it doesn't matter here. The same old questions are asked and answered with kindness and patience. We were all newbies at one time. It is a great place to be.

I feel as though I have friends all around the world.
the weather news seems a little different. now I wonder how the fires in California affect my California friends, or the cold fronts interfere with my friend from up north. or how the twisters affect my friends in the mid states.
the sense of community seems very real.
