As hard as I searched to finally land it, I have decided that my Fatboy should go to someone who would use it (I like other razors better). One of the doors jiggles just a teensy little bit when fully open, but it closes tightly and clicks all around. If you want to see more pics, PM me, please. I'm interested in a Merkur 39C. I think the market value for the FB is still a little bit more than the 39C. I don't want to be unfair to myself or someone else. An enterprising soul jonesing for a FB might note that new 39C is 46.66 on Amazon (shipping included!). It might prompt one to offer me a new 39C for my FB. It's a little below the going rate for FBs on the bay and I would be stuck with shipping. However, the same enterprising person could buy the shipping label and e-mail me the PDF (which I could print and apply). The extra $5 would bring us pretty close, wouldn't it? I'm thinking out loud here... OR... if you have a 39C that needs a new home and an extra puck of soap or some blades, that could work, too. I'm, open to some horse trading.
