I have learned the don't catch a falling razor lesson. This is one I'll only need to learn once. It's not very fun.
Ouch! That is good advice. I hope you are not severely hurt. Related advice- keep a stick-shaped magnet in the bathroom, to retrieve dropped blades.
I want to see gaping wounds, stitches, patterns of blood spray on the walls!...but I'm cool with just seeing a band-aid too.
I'm not permanently maimed or anything. I was actually gonna post a few pics, but didn't know how to edit the title to put a warning in there.
WARNING - BLOOD AND GUTS (ERRRR... SKIN ANYWAY) http://www.flickr.com/photos/23801713@N04/7846661542/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/23801713@N04/7846663358/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/23801713@N04/7846664604/ I just put the links, that way no one would walk into it. lol
Thanks, me too. Leaving for NYC in morning. Figures my lil mini -vacation couldn't be sans-discomfort.
Yeah, not sure if I caught it just right, but I made the wife look first, because I thought it might be bad. Slice was still in between blade and guard afterwards. So, if anyone was wondering about my experiment, Derby blade will still slice layers of skin off on second shave, lol
OK, For future reference, We Really don't need you to perform experiments like this. We will all just assume that razor blades are SHARP. Hope it heals fast and have a safe trip to NYC.
