    Nope.

I got sick of it about fifteen years ago, when every male in Florida felt that they absolutely had to bathe in it in order to attract females. Smelling regular Drakkar makes me want to gag now.

BUT, I like Draggon Noir, which is Clubman/AII's version of Drakkar. It's basically a splash version of Drakkar, but it's nowhere near as potent or as expensive as genuine Drakkar. It fades fairly quick and leaves a pleasant, subtly fresh scent.

Ahh..an old classic. I happen to like the stuff, although it is potent. In my single days, out clubbing, just about everyone wore the stuff. But, there is a reason for that, it's good stuff. Although, I did get a bit tired of smelling it on everyone. Good nonetheless.

I wore it quite often about 10 years ago. I still like it, so does my GF and I've been thinking about getting some more.

I used to love it, got tired of it after several years of use. My wife never cared for it. She got me hooked on Polo though. :D

Funny, I just picked up a bottle of it a little while ago. I love it. (Drakkar Noir) that is. Ive never knew there was a regular Drakkar. I only where it on those days that it just feels right. I also picked up a bottle of 'DKNY Men' tonight too.

    Eh, dime a dozen-type frag.

Try something killer - like Grey Flannel ;)

    Other Top Choices:

    Aramis
    Aramis Life
    Pierre Cardin
    Dunhill Desire
    Giorgio Beverly Hills
    Tabac (EdT Form)
    Bel Ami
    Trumper's Sandalwood

Kaveh is right on those choices.

    I also suggest:

    Santos de Cartier
    Dolce & Gabbana
    Yves Saint-Laurent Pour Homme
    Trussardi Uomo
    Acqua di Selva
    Floris Santal
    Thierry Mugler Angel Men

Drakkar Noir is no more for me........

D&G is too popular here. I have bottles I received as gifts and use it here and there. It's far fresher than what I ordinary use, so it's more appropriate for the current weather. The Light Blue, of course, is even more so - but I don't particularly enjoy it.

I have to try Acqua di Selva once more - but the mint turned me off, Habibi.

The gals at the fragrance store were like, "Yo! What's such an elegant young man, extraordinarily refined in every way, doing trying to smell like a plant keddddddddddddddddddddd?"

I like it! I got Dakkar Noir a couple of years ago as a Channuka present from the Girl Scouts. The scent became gone only just recently. Maybe, though, that's only because I have been storing it in a dark place. It has a citris scent. I wouldn't say it's the best citris colonge out there. Once you put it on the scent only lasts a couple of hours at the most.

Was my first Cologne I ever purchased. Drakkar Noir was very popular, but wearing it, and because of its popularity I became bored with it. Similar to Cool waters now I guess.

Still quite like the scent occasionally, but have moved on.

I like Drakkar Noir quite a bit. I don't wear it often, but it is still in my rotation of frags. When I do wear it, I can't stop sniffing my wrists! ;)

In the bottle, or on other folks, sure. It has been popular since I was in HS.

On my skin, no way. There's something about my skin chemistry that makes patchouli smell rancid on me, and patchouli's apparently in there somewhere.

I have some somewhere, it's ok but it was overdone here in FL for a while. I am a fan of:

Prada (Amber Black) Great for an evening out or cooler days kinda reminds me of Old Spice
John Varvatos Artisan - Good for hot days and afternoons hanging out at the beach has an Orange Blossom smell very light
HE Wood - Smells like my wood shop wife loves it what more can I say

Fun thread. I haven't used it in years....I'm from FL so I guess I was one those guys that bathed in it. Now my father in law, though....poor fella can't leave the house without a gallon of it on. He loves it....always seems to go crop dusting thru his house right after applying it I think.
