  7. raw shea butter works great. My 4 month old has eczema. I made him a butter with mango, shea, hemp, sunflower, argan, and jojoba oils. It works wonders.

  9. I’ve got dry skin plus a few patches of eczema.

    Lots of lotions on the market and I’ve tried most. You’ll get almost as many opinions as there are options.

    The only way to know is to try different ones and see how your skin reacts. For me, I look for easy absorption and long lasting effects. What works best for one person won’t necessarily work best for someone else.

    The itching shins will definitely wake you up and you can draw blood scratching them.

    This past winter I’ve been using petroleum jelly with great results. I’ve also used Bag Balm which contains lanolin and many swear by it.
