You can't just tease us like that. Which one did you get?
I have one of Adam's fine 'fancier' Red Latigo strops and am very pleased with it. Excellent construction and great feel (draw) to the leather component.
That is a work of art and the picture quality is amazing.
My strop is famous. It is the Illinois that's featured in this thread.
Used Strops- Refresh and Restore
Here is a few pics incase it doesn't work.
I have one of Adams Chromexcel Horsehide Strops. The thing is a work of art! Do yourself a favor and give Adam your business. You won't be disappointed!
You can add me to the list of highly satisfied Drygulch strop owners...
I feel spoiled that this is my first strop...he just set the bar high.
That's the same one I have! I had to go in to grief therapy when I put a decent nick in it
Ohhh..ouch. I would probably do the same...lol. No nicks so far...knock on wood.
Just remember some nicks and cuts can be sanded out.
Affirm, Mitch, thank you. I used a small bit of contact cement and a clamp and so far good to go!
I am very excited to introduce a new line of strops. My Forty-Five series strops are budget friendly, but still quality shaving equipment. Priced at only $45 dollars plus shipping, these strops are a great way to get started in Straight Razor shaving, or feed your ADs. (Please note that the 10% off discount does not apply to the Forty Five Series strops, due to their already low price point.) I have stock ready to ship immediately, so can still get it there in time for Christmas.
My first batch of these strops includes three types of leather. Black American Bridle, Latigo, and Vegetable Tanned Steerhide.
Please see more information on the Forty-Five Series Strops at my website:

These are beautiful! On my list now.
Dang it Adam! Guess I have to start saving aluminum cans again to get recyclable money!
Congrats on the new line! They looks great. I am certain before long I'll have one hanging next to it stable mate!
Another satisfied customer here. I have several of his strops, excellent quality. Plus he is international friendly.
I just want to go on record and say that while I haven't made time to do a formal mail call with the strop I received from Adam, it is great. Wider than I thought it was going to be which is a real plus. The attention to detail is superb and the price was very very reasonable. I can't wait to get my straights back from being honed so I can use it. Here are a few pictures of it.
Apparently I can only post 2 pictures at a time
Looking good. I like the Copper rivets too!
