Basically, someone posts a link claiming that it's one thing. But the link really directs you to the Never Going To Give You Up video. It's just a once very common way of pranking someone on the internet.

 

But who clicks on any link without knowing where it's going? And why would anyone prank someone?

Also don't think I ever watched any Music Videos that I can remember except maybe "Another Brick in the Wall".
