I guess, starting October, eBay started taxing everything sold. Looks like a solid 8% on everything. I bought items up until the end of September, no taxes. Now, taxes. It use to be only taxed if bought within the state i live. Not anymore. ..

This is only on old stuff, no? On new items, sales tax is normally added (VAT in the UK). Is this just a case of the US catching up with the rest of the world?
