I have a 40s Aristocrat with no notch center bar. I was in my apartment trying to get it ready to rent and was shaving at the tiny sink. Had the razor on the edge of the sink while I lathered up and it slid into the sink. One of the end caps popped off. I was wondering if I can put it back on using JB Weld or something similar?

You may want to use an exacto and remove any old metal/glue from the actual razor part and then use a two-part clear epoxy. Just be careful to wipe off any excess. If you have access to an epoxy that is resistant to mild heat, that would be good as well. Some epoxies will become weak when heated and allow the end cap to come off again.
