Ever wondered how small a Kewtie Ladies razor really is? I did a side by side comparison between the Kewtie and a Ball End Gillette Tech. The Tech measures at 3.25” while the Kewtie is only 1.5” long. EBEFE165-35B8-4BEF-A758-6FA615D04EC0.jpeg D290BEA4-AA00-4415-A6F3-5080B7AEAAFA.jpeg 28D0F0FB-2E3A-4134-A464-4862260B00CF.jpeg

Angelo, it would take you a week to shave with that thing.

I had the Suplex Nymph, a little bastard in bakelite for "ladies".
    Is that Kewtie so aggressive?

I don’t know; I’m not interested in shaving with it. It came as part of an eBay auction where I was bidding on a gold plated 1970 Gillette Black Beauty.

A week? More like a month or 2.

The only reason I now own a Kewtie is because it was bundled with a 1970 Gillette Black Beauty that’s gold plated.

I think mine was acquired the same way. It was with another razor I wanted. But too long ago to remember. I had totally forgotten I had it until your post. The blades are to rusty to use.
    Thanks Angelo!

It does. It shows a time in history when marketing teams thought a ladies razor had to be as small as possible to be “lady like”.

I just looked up what a Kewtie sells for just by itself on eBay. It seems to sell for well under $10 for the Kewtie razor with case.

It was for shaving lady's mustache and eyebrows... It didn't have to be big.

Leg and underarm shaving was not yet in fashion.

Edit: for reference, a wee scot is about twice as big as that Culmak goat hair brush.

First time I came across a Kewtie in the plastic case I thought it was a toy.
And then I saw one in a box with the illustration.
Seems like your naturally hirsute ladies would have to work a long time with such a diminutive tool.
