I hate going to chinatown/little italy on the weekends, but today was even worse than usual. Ive never been to the feast...so this was my first year. Would literally stand in line and not move for five minutes at a time.

Yeah, I used to go almost every year. Then I moved away from the city for a while. I went again a couple years ago for the first time in many years and the feast seemed much smaller and much more confined in area. I don't know why, maybe the shrinkage of Little Italy has something to do with it. In the past, there was pleanty of room to roam around in. Its kind of a shame.

The majority of the feast is on Mulberry. It branches off a couple of the streets...but for the most part...all 100k of people are on mulberry.

Mulberry street, makes me think of Pacino in Donnie Brasco

Thanks for posting, I always like going to the feast when I lived in the city. I can taste the sausage now.
