I love Speick but only wished it would last a bit longer on the skin. Very soothing though to irritated skin !
After splashing on my Italian Citrus yesterday morning, i got my mothers honest opinion about the aftershave. She says lemon pledge is what she would compare it to haha! But i enjoyed the scent, very citrusy and spicy. Had to share her comment with you guys! I honestly haven't ran across one of Fines scents i just have not liked they all have been enjoyable in there own ways.
Today was my first use of the Fine American Blend after a shave. This one is a keeper. My face feels great and I smell pretty darned good too! I was testing a new soap sample for WSP and got a smooth, close, nick free shave. Both the Platinum and American Blend will stay in my rotation. The Fine scents are blended to match popular scents as follows: Platinum-Creed Aventus American Blend-YSL's Rive Gauche Fresh Vetiver-Tom Ford's Grey Vetiver Clean Vetiver-Guerlain Vetiver L'Orange Noir-Terre di Hermes Italian Citrus-Acqua Di Parma's Colonia
After a month of having the sampler, I am a Fine Accoutrements promoter. I like all varieties and recommend them to all. Choosing a favorite is impossible. By the way, the sampler is a pretty good value. I still have quite a lot remaining.
Very lightly mentholated. I'm currently enjoying the combo of Fine American Blend Soap & Aftershave. More like a gentle face cooler than a freezer in this case.
so....anyone else think the fine american blend shaving soap smells like the synergy barbersoul soap? i cant tell the difference
Now that I have the combo, I agree this is a perfect match. The Fine American blend soap by Razorock is simply a milder version of barbersoul. If you like a classic barbershop scent, this combo is hard to beat.
They are both copies of YSL Rive Gauche cologne. I haven't sniffed barbersoul, but Fine American Blend reminds me quite a bit of Clubman Pinaud. Not a fan of either, personally.
