I got this soap from a fellow stationed in Germany. He goes to France periodically and he buys it there. In France it is only $1.50. In the US, it runs around $10.00, so it is a low cost soap. I tried it today and I was impressed. I was able to quickly build up enough lather for 4 passes. The lather was rich and creamy with just the right amount of slickness. It has a very mild scent that is very pleasant. I will be getting some more from him after he travels to France in May.
This is a Great French Tallow Soap..I can get 5 pucks in the UK for about 20 Bucks US Delivered to my Door..It seems to Go on forever an All..I just Love the smell..I add a bit of Glycerine to it & its probably just about up there with some top brand tallow soaps.. Billy..
