natural casing chili dogs with a line of mustard and some minced onions on a potato bun (soft as a cloud). Coleslaw (not pictured) and some beer battered fried cauliflower with some horseradish sour cream as a condiment. Add beer and meal is complete. Great for most any sporting event!

while this isn't my picture, I have been known to make these armadillo eggs on occasion. jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and engulfed in ground sausage and then baked.

I also like to wrap jalapenos and cream cheese in duck breasts and cook on the pit. Pastalaya, jambalaya, boudin, and gumbo are always good for tailgating. I also make a sandwich called three pigs on a bun. Pulled pork, ham, and bacon covered in cheese. As you can tell, we love football and delicious food in louisiana.
