Just smoked the best rack of ribs this last weekend: Rubbed down both sides with mustard, but a good secret pork rub all over and slapped them on my smoker at 200 deg. Slathered a BBQ sauce type mixture on them every hour for 4 hours. Kept my firebox going with hickory wood chunks. On the last 30 min i wrapped them in a foil cocoon and wet them down one more time and served... Don't think yall can beat those babybacks.. If yall got smoking recipes and wanna share post them up!!
