A few drops of Olbas Oil on a plain tissue works too.

 

I put Olba's on a tissue, and tuck into my pillow before retiring in the evening.

 

You know, I remember using some tissues that were made for colds. I remember they kind of had that vick's smell. The problem with them was they made my eyes burn. Specially if I happened to rub my eyes after handling one of the tissues. Made hurt happen.
