I stopped by a local antique mall today in search for another addition to the collection and found a Rubberset 600N brush and box. I've never seen a box like this one before; the bottom part can be mounted to hold the brush and 2 razors.

    Here are a few pics:

You say you "found" it. I lost a set that looks just like that. Now give it back. Seriously sweet.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the complements.

I'm not sure yet, HoosierTrooper. I sterilized it and used it for the first time this morning, and I liked the way it felt. This is my only nylon brush and it seems to be a low mileage model, so I may wait to replace the knot. By the way, I've been reading about replacing knots on here; LOTS of great info on the forum!

Too funny, offroad64! What's that saying? Finders keepers, losers weepers. Sorry for your loss; I think I'll hang on to it, but the check is in the mail.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that was impressed with the box. I didn't think I would like a nylon brush, so I sort of bought it just for the box.

I only paid $10 plus tax for it, I thought it was a good deal.

That's a steal. Looks really sweet. A little bit of polishing should make that look like new.
