I have a 6/8 Frederick Reynolds for sale. The blade has been shortened at some point, and is now a square point. The edge is just a little over 2 1/2 inches long. The original scales were toast, so I saved what I could, meaning the wedge and the inlay. The new scales are Alder finished in CA. This was the first set of scales that I made, and I basically used the old ones as a template. I didn't do the best job with the inlay as you can see by the pictures. Still, the blade is in decent shape. There's some pitting and patina, I didn't want to remove all signs of it's life, and it's definitely shave ready. I wanted to like this blade, but I prefer 5/8 and a more muted spike. Didn't want to do that to this blade. I'd like $65 SOLD shipped CONUSA, via pay pal.
