Free Travel Strop

    I think most people on here know this trick already ...

    -BUT-

    I was talking with one of the Facebook people earlier about a Travel Strop.
    I sent a pic of a Newspaper and said: "That is what I use, it is free and I get a new strop each morning" :p
    He asked how to use it ...

    Although most papers now use a new safer ink that is not as abrasive as in the past, a newspaper is still an awesome stropping surface in itself ..

    I did a YouTube vid to explain the way it works by request..

    Great as beginners strop as well. If you cut is: no harm, no foul;)

    I used to strop on newspaper quite a bit when I was younger. During university it was the only strop I had at one point. I also added jewelers rouge for pasted stropping.
