99.9% Mint. I deduct 0.1 % due to lack of papers and shipper. The case is excellent. The razor is as near perfect as I have seen. I've gone over it with a 10x loupe and can find no defects. The lacquer is perfect, the plating is mirror, no brassing. The blade pack is proper and NOS. (I have another still in the cellophane & box if the buyer prefers). I bought this several months ago from Ben (a B&B member).
