FS: Merkur 23c Long-Handle DE razor - excellent condition

This is a Merkur 23c Long-Handled safety razor. I wouldn't be able to tell if this has ever been used or not, but I'm listing it as used because I bought it in a small lot of shaving stuff and the stuff that was with it was used. It is pretty and shiny as you can see in the pictures. I see it at West Coast Shaving going for $29.99 plus shipping. I'll take $21.00 including shipping.
