Along with my two typical Avon finds today, I bought my daughter one I'd not seen before: a small pink and white castle containing their Roses, Roses perfume, which indeed smells like roses. Potent roses. On a whim, I mixed a dab of the rose with Avon Leather on one wrist, and another dab with a tired old vetiver cologne on the other. The Leather mix is interesting...very dry and soapy/woody with floral floating on top. Nothing spectacular but doable. But the rose not only sharpened and brightened the desired fresh grass smell of the vetiver, but also hints at clean, damp earth which neither one had before. This blend is a keeper. Weird how fragrances can do stuff like this. Is rose even a thing for men? Was it ever?
That sounds like an interesting blend. I bet Clubman VIBR would add a lot of depth and some staying power to Wild Country.
