Have you ever bought (or seen) a product whose name struck you as funny, silly or just plain stupid? That happened to me recently, when I bought a new mop. It is one of those spin mops and actually works quite well. But the product name "Mopnado" sounds like it should be a monster from a cheesy horror flick. I suspect it has a cousin named "Mopzilla" I would love to hear the ones you find funny or silly (but please keep in clean; this is the clean jokes section, after all.)
Anyone remember the Ayds diet product that came out just around the time that AIDS was discovered? Otherwise... I suspect that our European and non-English-speaking members will have much to contribute. Nothing beats a good Engrish product.
My grandmother popped Ayds diet chocolates in the '60's... she also drank Sego diet shakes, which us grandchildren got once in a while as a treat. Those Ayds chocolates were around a long time before AIDS. Anyone want to buy a used Goatee Saver? I have one...
