Arnout I am 55 years old.When it is my time to go Glory .I plan to give a portion of my collection to members of this board .I can not think of another place were the razors would be appreciated and used .I have a list for the wife with moderator info and login info for site .

 

Would be interested to know how you finished each. I don't have a seven day set but I do reserve my sharpest edges for the weekend (just in case) and softer edges for Monday /Tuesday to ease me into the week.

I like that idea, I will do the same.

 

It was a joking way to say i am a bit jealous, but sharing it with people who will appreciate is a good idea indeed!

 

It is way to hard, i started with a selection, but why one and not the other. And some of the poorly restored blades shave superb, and a few of the 4/8 blades shave extremely well, some have expensive names but there are. Few unknown manufacturers that made nice razors,...

and,...

so i decided to pick 50 that i like most, and off course, i cant tell anything about the NOS razors, so they dont count
And after cleaning up it turned out I forgot my to hone box, wich also has a few nice ones

So it is pointless.

 

Wow, that is a nice collection. I feel better, I was begging to worry I had too many razors.

I try to stay around 100 razors, if i have more i sell the ones u can seperate from, but it gets harder and harder to sell,....
