Gillette series After shave splash cool wave

Comes in Glass Bottle made in France and smells wonder feel has a sting to it after shaving but makes skin feel awesome classy and cheap for $5 I couldn't be happier

yes indeed do you have anyother gillette after shave as in the gels because it smells the same as those I cant quite describe it

 

Ok. I think I do have some of the gel. I will look for the splash AS. Where did you find yours?

I like it as well and use it often.

 

I never personally used it but my God does it smell like Heaven in a bottle. May try some over the summer.

 

I was reading this thread, and found it surprising that I've never tried the splash..... The Cool Wave Gel has been a regular of mine for close to 25 years. It has a light scent that when dried will allow for the application of your choice of AS/cologne without comprise. It also completely removes the "sting". It amazes me I can still walk into Wal Mart and snag a bottle for $2. If this performs anywhere near as well as the gel, it's gotta be a winner. I guess it's time for me to check out the splash..... Better late than never

 

Put some on today. I love the stuff and the price is fantastic. I think I paid less then $5 at Wally World.

 

Love this after shave, menthol laden, makes my eyes water, thinking of stock piling in case it goes the way of the Gillette Wild Rain after shave!

 

I remember the Wild Rain . Good stuff, that. But I may get some Cool Wave soon(the liquid)....question. Is it cooler than Mennen Skin-Bracer?

 

In my opinion no, skin bracer and barbasol brisk are cooler feeling. I use all three in my rotation, and in IMO all three are worth more than the cost.

there is some menthol in the Cool Wave, yes.

 

I just wondered I looked on the ingredients list on the box and it didn't say menthol. I will have to give it a shot then.

 

My apologies, Warrior...I was thinking about my Rise Cooling Balm, in answering your question on Gillette Cool wave.

 

I much prefer the Wild Rain scent. The Cool Wave just doesn't seem to suit me.

 

I think this is an aftershave that can be used year-round. I find that it isn't as "cool" as Mennen Skin-Bracer, or some of those "ocean" scents, say, from Master. Or, of course, those used by Mr. Crackstar.
