I tried to search, but as you can imagine, I got eleventybillion results, so I figured I'd just ask.

I opened a pack of these this morning:

One of them is a 7Oclock and the other four are just Wilki-sword.

Is this normal? What's the deal with this?

    It is a Gillette.

When Wilkinson Sword was broken up under British and EU rulings, Schick was awarded the Wilkinson Sword trademark in the European and American markets, while Gillette was awarded the Wilkinson Sword trademark in the Asian and Indian markets.

    Hope that clears it up.

I guess I was more curious as to why in a pack of 5 blades, one's different. So I went and took a closer at the package, and lo and behold it says "Contents: 5 blades *(four Wilkinson Sword Blades + one 7O'Clock Super Platinum Blade at no extra cost).

    Crisis averted :o

All of those blades are made in the same Indian facility.

Interesting to note how Gillette got the markets with the largest population of DE shavers in the world while Schick got the markets where it's died off save for us on the different forums. :happy102:
