very cool.looks very oc tech like..i have that cap in 2 variations.
yes,that's an oc version tech but it has the post war design based base plate with the early zamak cap like this one.

originally scored in a late #44 case.

Haven't used it yet but suspect it will be the same as a standard Toggle.
i haven't tried a toggle either..just curious..
